AWFUL! I asked to have subtle low lights into brown hair, and i was in there for 3 hours with the senior Jordan P and he charged me 112 for a trim and it looked exactly the same as when i went in there! No colour difference, except now i have bleach in my hair which has dried it out. I paid for nothing, and he let me leave knowing it looked exactly the same as when i went in there. Will not be going here again! Absolute con.

I went today to fix an horrible haircut that I had in a different salon. Nikki was lovely, she gave me a lot of advice and tips to look after my hair. I'm really happy with the results
