I have been using Ashdown for several years and have always had an honest assessment of works they deem necessary on several different vehicles, and any work is done on the date it was booked in. I understand that they are fully booked and sometimes have had to wait weeks before the car can be be seen to, but the wait is worth it, and my cars have always come back to me fixed and faultless! Loyalty discount would be nice for repeat customers....

Great communication and explanation of diagnosis of faults and always happy to give an overview of actions that can be taken when specific faults are hard to identify. Thoroughly recommended, and have referred to others many times. Nice to have trust in someone in the trade.
