Receptionists 10/10 GPs 10/10 Nurses 10/10 HCA's 10/10 .... Thank you to all the Moatfield Surgery staff for everything you do. I have been a patient here for almost two years and all I can say is KUDOS to you all! The receptionists are always friendly & extremely helpful, the doctors take time to listen & I never feel rushed, the HCA's/nurses are caring, understanding & always put me at ease. We are lucky to have you! Thank you.
Best GP Practice. All staff very helpful and clinical staff here is the best. GPs here listen to our problems and give enough time in dealing with difficult situations. I have been registered with many surgeries before but i M really happy that i moved to this practice. I dont have enough words to express my gratitude with respect to the treatment i have received here. This practice is recommended to all. Five or more stars.
Extremely rude reception manager. Jumps down patients' throats when a simple request is made. After all, "it's not the surgery's fault".
Despite this Practice being my second closest GP Practice only 3.1 miles away I have been unable to register to and this Practice has reported my comments of not being able to to NHS Choices so they are not showing on their website.I am very disappointed in their response to me that they feel they are unable to meet the needs of patients such as me living a short distance away especially when I can drive to the Practice. The only examples given are my potential need for a home visit which I have never required in my lifetime and as a healthy individual I also do not require access to District Nurses. I still have not been allocated a GP as Lingfield Surgery is currently not registering new patients, despite contacting the CCG and this Practice is unwilling to allow me to register.
I rarely go to the doctors, I don't waste time with a little cough or cold but every time I've been there they have let me down. I had cryptosporidium and wasn't diagnosed, I phoned up saying I was still really sick and they said I had this parasite and they'd forgotten to tell me. I had the mumps in my 30s and I took me 4 doctors and repeated visits before they took me seriously, the didn't know what is was.... a virus. 4 months later I get a call as you have to inform authorities of this disease ( so not for my benefit). They are are not efficient - you come in and have to go back. I had swollen glands and a cyst and worried about my general health and I left the Drs crying as she made me feel so bad about wasting her time and wouldn't even look at the cyst..... i even said look at my record, I never come for help. Luckily I went to a drop in NHS whilst in Brighton and they we're kind and lovely and helped me. It's so frustrating when they don't look if you're a time waster or not. I would not recommend here and moving to another surgery. A faceless number with no care or reference to me as an individual. I know there are time wasters & hypochondriacs that are out there but my records prove I'm not and I have never had good care.
