A very welcoming gym with everything you need to work out on your own or in classes.
Great range of equipment, and lots of it. Like any gym it can get extremely busy at peak times but beig 24 hour opening its very easy to work around that. PT's are all really helpful and friendly, especially Roger, his classes are great and he really gets involved.
It's a great gym gets very very busy at times 70 odd people in a gym that size I'm sure is a health and safety / fire risk. It only has a very limited number of changing rooms. You also have to pay for parking during the day.Staff are very friendly and always clean and tidy and obviously open 24/7.
