Never use their dental services. I have spent 40000 with dental grafts. Bridge broke in two pieces. I have since spent more money and all is wasted. You would think this was the best place but sadly not just a rental of facilities for various persons. There are much better practices elsewhere.
I am currently at the centre awaiting my son who has had his ACL repaired. The nurses and medical team are excellent. They are exceptionally attentive and supportive of a very precious parent (me). As someone mentioned previously this is not ordinarily what we would experience on the nhs. I am very grateful for the outstanding care and exceptional service. Thank you all.
I received a total knee replcement in March 2018. I am now out of pain on my right knee and walking normally. Just need the left knee sorting, probably early 2019. Amazing pre and after care. Thank you to all of the team.
My mother had a revision of a knee replacement at McIndoe last week. Expert surgery by Mr Sam Rajaratnam, exemplary care and a fantastic outcome. Highly recommended.
the only reason i will give this a 3 star score, is due to the parking! this is the only fault and annoyance i have with this place. The procedure I had here was fast, attentive, I even had an emergency and my surgeon was called out in the middle of the night to come back to attend to me - which she did very promptly! Don't think I would have received this in the NHS! The food was nice and served well - night staff were plentiful and attentive as well. BUT.. please make the car park better!
