There aren't any words to describe the service from this practice that wots be suitable for publishing... This is an appalling dental practice and I would not recommend this dentist to anyone. The phones are rarely answered, appointments are rushed, routine checkups consist of a quick look in your mouth with no real examination - no periodontal (gum) examination so you could have the early signs of gum disease that would worsen as it wouldn't be spotted. Both myself and work colleagues have had to have dental work to resolve problems that could have been resolved months or even years ago if the dentists would actually listen and investigate when you report a dental problem. Moat Road Dental along with Southern Dental who run it give a very bad impression for dentistry. This is not how you should be caring for patients
