Dental care at its absolute best!!!Thanks to a previous bad dentistry experience my anxious boy was referred to St Faiths and I they were a model of excellence from start to finish. It is abundantly clear every single member of staff here is focused on giving genuine compassionate care to children and they worked as a cohesive and well oiled team to make this a forgettable (for all the right reasons) experience for my boy. They are professional and genuinely want to provide only the best service. If they were closer to home we would transfer to them full time in a heartbeat!! Thank you so much for looking after my boy. You guys are all tremendous in our eyes.
Waited about 3months to get a tooth extraction on NHS of a broken tooth after a failed root canal at another dentist..arrived & waited an hour to be seen as long conveyor belt of patients before me. Back molar extracted but not before the crown knocked so hard was loose next to it it fell off when I got home. So two days on pain & sensitivity from broken crown & dry socket from extraction which caused agony for three weeks.I returned one week after due to agony from hole left in my gum & whole jaw & they removed smelly cotton wool swab from hole put back in another doused with clove oil . Pain continuous needed another lot of antibiotics after going to expensive private dentist on my doorstop (as St Faiths clinic on phoning them again would not provide prescription without another 60 mile round trip, or inform my doctor of dosage ). Dreadful ordeal from long wait to finish. Latest; I have a traumatised crown that never recovered continued painful & developed an abscess..not sure where to turn....won't be back.I never was nervous of dentists before or a wimp about pain but all this changed that.
Had a double extraction under 'sedation' there. I was told I'd be an cloud 9 and would not find the procedure traumatic. The sedative had no effect I could detect and was painfully aware of everything they did to me, they didn't even attempt to check if the sedative was working. I feel I was lied to and surgically assaulted, and if that was a sedative, it was pathetic, I've had stronger aspirin
Had two teeth extracted. The staff were unfailingly kind and professional. I would definitely recommend them for any dental procedure. Thank you
Absolutely wonderful team. I have recently become terrified and extremely anxious around Dental procedures due to a few bad experiences, and was referred to St Faith by my Dentist for treatment under sedation. The entire team were so lovely and supportive, whilst i am still terrified of the procedures, i know i am absolutely safe in their hands. From arriving, to recovery in the recovery area, nothing was too much trouble. They are absolutely a credit to their profession.Thank-you once again.Dan
