My husband had an accident with his iphone - a water bottle leaked in the car and water got into his phone. It was unusable - just vertical lines on screen! The guy in the shop was very helpful - said he would investigate and ring us in 24 hours when he had more of an idea as to the extent of the damage. To be honest - we were expecting the worst! The next day he called to say it was fixed! The charge was 20 for the work done. Very impressed with their attitude and helpfulness - also so relieved to find somewhere that doesn't 'rip you off'. Thank you - will definitely use again !
I left my phone by accident on the garden table in the sun and rain and found it soaked through. But Dr Ex fixed it very quickly as I thought I will never get it back bearing in mind the state it was in. It works really well now and even microphone got fixed as i had an ongoing issue with the microphone before. Price was very reasonable, very reliable service and would definitely absolutely recommend it to all my friends! Thank you Dr Ex!
