Absolutely shocking!! Took my TV in for a repair. Turned out to be an on/off switch that was switched the wrong way. Took them less than 5 minutes to diagnose. Price = 72!!!When I complained fell on completely deaf ears, and they were rude and completely unreasonable. I suggest staying away like the plague. Be warned, they did seem nice and helpful when I took the TV in, but once they had my TV and I could not get it back without forking out, their tune changed 180 degrees.
