Very limited and small cafe, cash only I think.Riding is family / easy going rather than adrenaline pumping. Bike shop and service onsite and free parking.

What an incredible display of customer service, these guys are fantastic!!! Other LBSs could (should) learn a thing or two from these guys.My 7 year old purchased a Frog bike today (which he is delighted with), but the experience was made that much better due to the knowledge and sound advice these guys were able to give, re:sizing, safety, maintenance etc.The whole experience was 5 star... but when they asked my son to help himself to a free ice cream on the way out and invited him back for a free cycle experience in their beautiful grounds ...this really made his day... well done chaps 1st class!!!!!! You really made his day today - thank you.

Been There twice now and for someone wanting to get into mountain biking this is the best place to start. The moderate trails here are about on par with novice trails at bigger parks which makes Deers Leap a good place to learn the basics like how a bike behaves on different surfaces and how to control it. The skills tracks are great, they help you overcome the feeling of steep hills, terrain changes, bumps and ramps. If you can get round both skill tracks fast, feel comfortable and in control while doing so. You can take on around 90% of the park. The shop there is the cherry on the top. The people who work there are friendly and know their stuff. The main trail and skills track seem to be maintained well which is great for most riders. However the downhill section at the start along with some of the "North Shore" sections in the woods could do with some work. If someone at Deers Leap sees this I would like to give a couple suggestions:The downhill section at the beginning is brilliant but needs a lot of bushes and nettles cut down. It's a fun ride but also a bit thorny. The same goes for the wooden sections in the woods. Most are great but the biggest feature is broken, the staff know that as it's blocked up but it would be awesome to ride it. The hire bikes can handle the trails that I threw at it but I feel there could be some improvements. The bike I was felt a bit "tired" with wheels out of true, slightly sticky shifting and very stiff suspension. The rear brake was also rather weak but this could have just been the consequence of rim brakes instead of discs. I feel that a quick tuneup and clean after every bike is used isn't too much to ask for. It would make the bikes last longer and would also be safer for the riders. Overall if you're thinking of coming here, do it! Theres something for all levels of beginners and the more advanced can find some hidden gems in the woods. The bikes and trails both need come TLC then it will be a 100% recommend, stellar park. Finally, there are 3 drops at the beginning but I whimped out on those so haven't ridden them!

Friendly, helpful and competent. Couldn't ask for more.

For what it is, this is really good. Coming expecting a massive trail park and youre being unrealistic. I took my young son and it was a brilliant safe space for him to ride and do some off some off-road. Guys in the shop were really nice. All in all a great experience!
