Today my wife visited the East Grinstead store to collect my sons first bike (he was super excited)Here is what my wife told meThe staff made him feel so special. Chatting away to him, asking if he liked his bike and to look after it as it's a fantastic bike. The lady even talked to him about football because he had his Forest shirt on and she was a Millwall supporter. They really did make his first bike a special occasion and better yet, the staff helped me take it to the car. Please pass this on to the staff at East Grinstead store.
