As cycle novices we booked an appointment to remove the pedals from our daughters frog bike to make it a balance bike.. very fast and friendly service from all 3 members of staff we saw.. will definitely be back for any future purchases or repairs. Highly recommended..

My bike needed an emergency repair while I was out on long ride. The guys were amazingly helpful and friendly, especially as I just turned up out of the blue on a Saturday afternoon. I got offered a cup of tea and cake while I waited and was back on the road again within 30 minutes with a new rear wheel. Thanks!
Cant recommend this shop highly enough. Customer service is second to none. Whilst on the London to Brighton bike ride someone drove over my Dads back wheel. Went to this shop on the off chance and they went out of their way to find a solution, letting us hire a wheel (not a typical request) and ensuring it would be the right fit for the bike. Many thanks to everyone in the shop, we couldnt have finished the ride without you :-) Stuart
