Fuel filter change went wrong and needed specialist help. Robert loaded all pipes with diesel in no time and with professional atitude.This service is very expensive for about 20min job but special equipment is needed, they come to you and the prices are similar with any of these companies. Just take it on the chin and pay for your mistake. Will be very careful next time :-)
Highly recommend fuel fixer. This is the second time Ive done this the last company quoted me 125 then on arrival explained how complex it was and they had to use detergents and this and that and it rose to 300 odd pounds to drain my x5 and took two hours.I called fuel fixer and they quoted just a bit over half that as they had a chap nearby, he came, drained the fuel and put enough diesel in it to get me home, took about 40 mins, there was an additive which I bought from him, no hard sell, just what it was what it did I can take it or leave it. Daniel was super friendly, very careful with my car, very knowledgeable, just superb service, 5 star
Excellent customer service after RAC (I am a member) told me they were not allowed to drain my incorrectly fueled car (Porsche Cayenne) and told me they could get it to a dealer. Found Fuel Fixer after some google research. Excellent service (at 12:30am), their team know their stuff and got car back on road. No problems with it.
! recently had the misfortune of putting petrol in my diesel car. After contacting the AA I discovered I would have to wait for an engineer to come over 100 miles and would then be charged for the privilege. We stuck on a single track road where I managed to push the car into a farm yard.A friend suggested trying fuel fixer. I cant praise this service enough.
